중∙소규모 사업장 외국인 근로자의 생활습관행태와 건강상태

Abstract

본 연구는 중·소규모 사업장 제조업 생산직에서 근무하는 외국인 근로자를 대상으로 생활습관행태와 건강상태를 조사하고, 생할습관행태에 따른 건강상태의 차이, 건강상태 관련요인을 조사 한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2009년부터 2012년 사이의 건강검진을 받은 외국인 근로자 2,641명을 대상으로 하였으며, 건강보험공단의 검진결과와 문진표를 기초로 활용하여 생활습관행태와 건강상태 수준을 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 평균 연령을 감안하면 외국인 근로자는 비만군과 이상지질혈증군의 비율이 높게 나타났다. 또한 건강상태에 관련요인을 알아보기 위해 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 음주정도는 비만, 고혈압, 간기능 장애, 그리고 대사증후군의 예측요인으로 나타났으며, 운동은 비만, 고혈압의 예측요인이었다. 생활습관행태는 운동은 낮은 반면 음주, 흡연 문제가 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 음주정도는 외국인 근로자의 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 주요변수이므로 외국인 근로자에게 적절한 음주예방교육을 개발하고 적용하여야 한다.|Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that affect health status on foreign workers in a city. Method: The subjects were 2,614 foreign workers who visited K clinic for 1st Screening Test in G and J city. Data were collected from January 2009 to December 2012 through the Health Checkups Dataset. Data were analyzed with the descriptive statistics, χ2-test and multiple logistic regression using SPSS 20.0 program. Result: Prevalence rate of foreign workers' health problem was Obesity 18.1%, Hypertension 2.2%, Diabetes Mellitus 2.5%, Dyslipidemia 32.9%, Liver dysfunction 8.5%, Metabolic Syndrome 5.6%. Significant predictor for Obesity, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, and Metabolic Syndrome was alcohol drinking. physical exercise was significant predictor for Obesity, Hypertension, Conclusion: This study will be a useful in establishing a detailed policy on enhancing health management education for foreign workers in the future.
