복합주거생활공간 속 환경조형물의 실태, 분석

Abstract

인간은 도시공간 속에서 생활하고 있으며 그 공간에서 인위적인 공간들이 형성된다. 경제성장과 더불어 도시인구가 증가되고 복잡해짐에 따라 주거환경 역시 공간 활용을 위해 복합주거공간인 APT가 필연적으로 등장하게 되었고 꾸준히 늘어가고 있는 것이다. 이에 따라 사람들은 새로운 주거 환경에 대한 관여도가 높아지게 되었고 새로운 생활 환경과 공간에 대해 관심이 높아지게 된 것이다. 복합주거 생활공간 즉, APT 는 현대사회의 상징물이 될 만큼 지금 현대 생활 속에 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 인간들이 보다 나은 주거 환경을 위해 연구하고 개발해서 변화하고 발전하게 된 복합주거생활공간인 APT는 주거생활공간부터 그 외(外)생활공간들까지도 많은 변화와 발전을 거듭하게 되었다. APT 가 발전하게 되면서 APT 공간내외의 심미적인 효과를 위해 여러 가지 변화를 시도하게 되었는데 그중 하나가 APT 공간주변의 조경 환경과 환경 조형물이 그것이다. APT 내부의 심미적인 변화시도와 공간 활용도 중요하지만 주거환경외의 공간 즉, 주변공간이 되는 단지內의 주변 환경도 중요한 부분으로 지적되었고 그만큼 사람들의 관심도가 높아진 것이 그 배경이라고 생각한다. 그러한 조형물들이 어떻게 시작되었고 발전하게 되었는지 그리고 그 속 에서 어떠한 사회적 제도와 사람들의 의식적인 변화가 전개해 나가고 있는지를 그 실태조사와 분석을 통해서 알아보고 입주민들과 조형물관계자들의 상호간 연계를 통해 보다 발전적이고 서로가 win win 할 수 있는 APT 주거환경 개선을 위함이 연구 배경이라고 하겠다. 사람들의 조형물의 대한 관심도와 참여도를 알아보는 것 또한 이 논문에서 다루는 중요한 부분 중 하나인데 APT 공간 속에서 생활하고 있는 주민들의 조형물의 대한 관심도, 선호도, 참여도 등 여러 가지 부분을 조사함으로서 자칫 조형물을 발주하고 계획하는 전문가와 작가들이 할 수 있는 오류와 무심코 건너 뛸 수 있는 부분들의 격차를 조금이나마 줄일 수 있게 하는 것이 이 논문의 목적이라고 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 이를 보다 진취적이고 개발적인 관점으로 다가가기 위해 APT 주거 공간 속의 환경조형물들을 분석 조사하고 주민들의 참여조사를 적극 활용함으로서 제도적인 문제점들과 이를 개선 할 수 있는 사항들을 조금이나마 발전된 방향으로 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문의 연구방법은 APT 內의 환경조형물의 이론적인 고찰과 실태, 분석 입주민설문조사 등을 통해 조형물이 가지고 있는 개념과 APT 內에서의 공공성과 예술성에 대한 근거를 정리하고자 한다. 이와 함께 적극적인 주민조사와 인터뷰를 통해서 이(연구배경)에 맞는 타당성을 마련하고 본 연구에서 다루고자하는 평가, 분석에 적극 활용하고자 했다.|People lives in urban space and artificial spaces are created in such a space. As urban population has been increased and complicated with the economic growth, residential environment has involved and increased complex residential space, apartment house for space utilization. Thus, people has showed high concerns on new residential environment and their interests in new life environment and space have been also enhanced. Complex residential space, namely apartment house, is of great importance in modern life as it becomes a symbol of the modern society. Apartment house which was developed and changed by R&D for better residential environment has repeated more change and development in residential life space and other spaces. As apartment house was developed, several changes were tried for aesthetic effects inside and outside apartment house and one of such approaches is just landscaping environment and environmental sculptures around apartment house. While aesthetic changes and spatial utilization within apartment house are important, surrounding environment other than residential environment has been increasingly pointed out as an important part of contemporary life. This study examined history and actual conditions of environmental sculptures, changes and development of social systems and people's consciousness in the process of change and aimed at improving residential environment of apartment house through more developmental and win-win policy between apartment house occupants and sculpture makers. To examine people's concerns and participation in sculpture is also an important part of this study and it examined residents' concern, preference and participation in making sculptures. This study analyzed and examined the environmental sculptures within apartment houses with more progressive and developmental view and aimed at presenting institutional problems and their improvements by using survey of residents' participation in selecting environmental sculptures in their residence. This study used theoretical examination and analysis of actual conditions of environmental sculptures within apartment house and questionnaire with apartment house occupants and tried to arrange the base of public service and artistry of the sculptures within apartment house space. In addition, it tried to establish validity of this study through survey of residents and interview with them and apply them to evaluation and analysis of this study.
