The progress of the modern information technology promotes the development of the government service. How using modern science and technology to promote the government service, to construct modern government, it is a major issue. Presently, the world information tidal current is enormous and powerful, the electronic government construction is raising the high tide. Whether do we comply with the historical trend, gold the opportunity, construct the electronic government with the Chinese characteristic is the political guarantee which would realize the government modernization, and advances the socialism modernization smoothly. Our government extremely takes the advanced information technology to apply to the government service and obtains the outstanding result, but our country's electronic government constructs also has many difficulties, because of the national condition and each kind of disadvantage factor. With the angle of the science of government and administration, this article mainly analyzes the construct tide of the world electronic governments and the present situation. The question of our country electronic government constructs according to the above, suggest some solutions to solve the difficulties in the construction of Chinese Electronic Government, and hope to improve our country electronic government constructs smoothly.
