Abstract

Human beings in modern society have rather led a isolated and exhausted life in the civilization of the developed science and technology. They face with despairing situation that even the homing instinct to nature has been lost by desertification, acid rain and greenhouse effect due to climate change from air pollution. What are most urgently required for human include reflection, consolation and finding out an alternative for mental devastation according to material desire and development of scientific technology. What occurs to us first in considering nature and human life is the question, what is the life of human and nature? But,

since the life of human and nature are closely related, it is difficult to discriminate between them separately and they are indivisible. Human life is just the life of nature and it is also included in the life of nature, and it is widely known that all human lives are based on nature. That is, all things and human being who is born in nature, have relationship with nature and evolve in nature is just nature. When human beings understand the circulation and order of nature and conform to the law of nature as a part of nature, they can dream a rich life and pursue the inner true order and harmony. Reflecting on nature is to recover the essential nature of human being as a component of nature and can be also explained as the entire liberation from all inherent value judgement or social restriction, namely the pursuit of absolute freedom. Nature offers infinite materials in artistic activities and the sense of beauty from impression of nature is expressed to one's own emotion and idea and then produced as an art work. Although we reproduce nature as it is, it is reinterpreted by individual subjective emotion and is newly created. To express art as the oriental view of nature is to recognize the organic relationship between nature and human and to realize that the artist's spirit of nature is inherent in it. From

such a view, this study is developed with the theme of 'pictorial expression of images of nature and life circulation'. Nature is an important factor embracing all lives as long as human being exists. When human beings treat the property nature as it is, they can feel the truth of nature and pursue order, harmony, truth and beauty of nature in an effort to have unity with nature. The researcher recomposed circulative image of life which can make sympathy between nature and human and inner ego with images felt in nature and made a chance to recall the meaning of relationship between nature and human.
