시설유형별 리모델링과 계획수법에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 기존에 행하여진 리모델링 계획수법을 문헌조사로서 고찰하고 정리하여 재정립하여 평가 기준을 새로운 리모델링 계획수법으로 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 문헌고찰로 이루어진 논문으로서 구성방식은 병렬형식으로 하여 각각의 요인을 표출해 재정립하여 평가한 방식을 취하고 있다.

본 논문의 제1장과 제2장은 리모델링의 배경과 논문의 목적으로 다루어졌으며 문제점을 제시하고 있다. 제3장에서는 문헌고찰을 중심으로 리모델링에 사용되어진 계획수법을 조사하고 정리하였다. 그 내용으로는 공동주택의 실태와 리모델링 유형 및 이점을 제1절에서 다루고 있으며 제2절에서는 공동주택의 외부공간의 의미와 요소를 다루고 있고 제3절에서는 상업시설별 리모델링의 사례를 통한 상업 건물과 사무소 건물의 리모델링 수법을 다루었다. 제4절에서는 환경친화적 리모델링의 필요성과 사례를 통한 공동주택과 비주거용으로 나누어 정리하였다.

본 논문의 핵심인 제4장에서는 이러한 고찰로 정리된 시설유형별 리모델링 수법을 정리하여 새롭게 리모델링 수법에 대해 재정립하여 평가한 항목이다. 이 항목에서는 리모델링의 요구와 구상, 건축 용도별 발생 동기와 대응 등 리모델링을 위한 계획 체크리스트 및 설계수법, 건축 확인 등을 다루었다.

끝으로 시대의 흐름에 따라 많은 리모델링 계획수법들이 제시되고 실용화되었다. 하지만 많은 용도의 건축물의 리모델링을 전체적으로 행한 연구는 극히 드물다. 지금까지의 리모델링에 관한 연구는 특정용도에만 국한된 경우가 대부분이였다. 이러한 특정된 용도의 리모델링을 고찰하고 재정립 평가함으로서 시설용도별 리모델링의 통합 기준서가 될 것으로 기대한다.|This study aims to propose evaluation standards for a new remodeling plan algorithms by reviewing, summarizing, and re-establishing the existing remodeling plan algorithms using a literature survey. As a paper prepared through a literature review, this study takes a method that extracted, re-established, and evaluated each factor while its compositional method is of a parallel form.

Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 in this paper deals with the background of remodeling and the purpose of the paper and proposed problems. In Chapter 3, the paper investigates and summarizes plan algorithms that were used for remodeling, focusing on a literature review. Concerning the contents, the paper dealt with the current condition of community housing, and the types and benefits of remodeling in Section 1, and the meaning and components of the external space of community housing in Section 2. And in Section 3, the paper mentioned the remodeling algorithms of commercial buildings and office buildings through remodeling cases by commercial facility. In Section 4, the paper summarized housing remodeling by classifying it into remodeling for community housing and remodeling for non-residential buildings through the need for and cases of environmentally friendly remodeling.

In Chapter 4, which is the core of this paper, demonstrated items that re-established and newly evaluated remodeling algorithms by summarizing them by facility type, which were articulated by such a review. These items covered a plan checklist for remodeling including the requirement and conception of modeling, and the motivation of generation and responses by the purpose of construction, design algorithms, and the confirmation of construction.

Lastly, many remodeling plan algorithms have been proposed and put into use along with the trends of the time; however, very few studies have been concerned with the whole remodeling of structures with many purposes. Up to the present, studies of remodeling have been mostly limited to a specific purpose of use. By reviewing, re-establishing, and evaluating remodeling with such specific purpose of use, this paper is expected to become an integrative standard for remodeling by facility purpose.
