Abstract
This paper wishes to deduce necessity of area festival upbringing through theoretical investigation about sense and ripple effect of area festival in localization age. Culture is huge concept. Therefore, culture industry also may ratify huge social change. One of culture industry that do variety is soon signtseeing. Demand of signtseeing for cultural experience sees than which time caterer's effort who draw consumer according to enemy principle of a capital state when might have to accomplish supply and balance that supply the experience, and conformed in attribute of economy that is demand and supply on the other hand is requested more greatly. If see in side that show in tourists respeaking work which exhibit signtseeing prize that is worth that can give all people worther experience and psychological pleasant sensation, and sentimentalize sense of security need. Success of tourism industry of futurity industry depends on caterer's incessant effort and original idea that is the signtseeing target's offerer. Activation of signtseeing culture by change of life required supply of new culture. To meet on claim that is such on the other hand becoming local self-government, various festival by autonomy devises and is enforced. Today, because festival that can see is ,for the most part, event that cities and countries unit's administration manages, and it superintends event as leading with culture signtseeing of so-called cities and countries, this festival is focusing in event for signtseeing naturally. Native place culture festival is counted by important signtseeing goods one of middle be. If divide festival into artificial festival and natural festival strongly, festival that is holding in cities and countries unit now is seen that is not wearing entirely personality of natural festival. That is, because it is form newly something artificially for special purpose, there is distance mutually with festival in traditional meaning with it. Festival intended religious following precedent when see patching originally. But, it degraded to appendant event that is not essential in case presents a lot of bankings is far distance with religious personality, and event that have religious meaning although is taken. Of course, this can be one culture present state that can appear justly along with period change. But, it sees that is festival need to have some connection ring with tradition that is not simple sightseeing resources or play place degree that depart in original purpose of festival. Specially, when it is tradition and Linked festival the life attainment of perfection as well as is tough as sightseeing resources value bigger. As a result, success or failure of festival can go forward and speak that have very important sense in economical, social activation standpoint that affect generally of area it is Dosiimi that is not limited simply only to festival event itself. Pays attention in area festival that can become one means for area activation and establishes systematic development strategy and local government, inhabitants, and native place enterprise is policy to forms sense of unity and takes advantage of area festival more actively? Scientific effort is circumstance that is required still more than past. I wish to grope desirable Course of Development of area festival by strategic resource for area activation in these veins.
