대학생의 전공몰입과 진로탐색효능감이 직업탐색행동과 취업에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

This thesis is designed to analyze A study of university student's in Gwangju major commitment and career-related self-efficacy on vocational exploration behavior and employment. Specifically, I look at relation of a study of major commit and vocational exploration behavior and ‘career search self-efficacy', defined as a self-confidence of an ability for successful career exploratory behavior with vocational exploration behavior with vocational exploration behavior. Finally, I looked into the influence that vocational exploration behavior had on to an employment result. The summary of the result is as follows. Firstly, It turns out to be positive to the dependant job-searching which is a sub-factor of the major absorption and job searching behavior. The second, it is shown that affects interactive job search behavior (under factor of vocational exploration behavior) Positively. The third, it affacts on interactive job search(under factor of vocational exploration behavior) and employment.
