Abstract

The contributions of venture business to the economic development fo regions and countries are undeniable. The importance of these firm for job and wealth crestion had ied public policy makers and researchers to search for factors the predict firms success and surival. Traditional studies of venture management performance have focused on characteristics of the Entrepreneur./본 연구는 벤처기업의 실패율을 줄이고 성공률을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색할 목적으로 수행되었다. 벤처기업의 경영성과의 영향요인에 관한 기존 연구를 바탕으로 보다 다양하고 구체적인 성과요인을 찾고자 노력하였다.
