리질리언트(Resilient) 수변공원이 도시이미지와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The objective of this study is to empirically analyze the characteristics of the resilient-based waterfront park and resilient-value on the urban image and revisit intention. A survey was conducted on those who have experienced using the resilient-based waterfront park located in Harbin, and Jinhua in China, and the statistical analysis was conducted based on survey data on the final 357 people. Based on the analysis, the following main results were derived. First, as a result of verifying the effect of the resilient-based waterfront park characteristics on urban images, sustainability and regeneration factors were found to have a significant positive effect on urban images, followed by regeneration and sustainability. Second, as a result of verifying the effect of the resilient-value of waterfront park on urban image, economic value, social value, cultural value, and environmental value factors all had a significant positive effect on urban image, followed by environmental value, cultural value, economic value, and social value. Third, as a result of verifying the effect of the urban image formed by the resilient-based waterfront park on the revisit intention, it was found that the urban image formed by the resilient-based waterfront park had a significant positive effect on the revisit intention. Fourth, as a result of verifying the effect of the characteristics of the resilient-based waterfront park on the revisit intention, ecology and regeneration were found to have a significant positive effect on the revisit intention, followed by regeneration and ecology. Fifth, as a result of verifying the effect of the resilient-value of the waterfront park on the revisit intention, economic value, social value, cultural value, and environmental value factors all had a significant positive effect on the user's revisit intention, followed by environmental value, cultural value, economic value, and social value. Sixth, the mediating effect of the urban image was verified in the relationship between the characteristics of the resilient-based waterfront park and the user's revisit intention. First, the ecological → urban image → revisit intention path, diversity → urban image → revisit intention path, adaptability → urban image → revisit intention path were found to have no significant mediating effect, but sustainability → urban image → revisit intention path and regeneration → revisit intention path were found to have a significant mediating effect. Seventh, the mediating effect of the urban image was verified in the relationship between the resilient-value and the user's revisit intention. The social value → urban image → revisit intention path was found to have no significant mediating effect, but the economic value → urban image → revisit intention path, cultural value → urban image → revisit intention path, and environmental value → urban image → revisit intention path were found to have a significant mediating effect. Through this empirical analysis, it was found that the characteristics and value of a resilient-based waterfront park can be important factors among various influencing factors on the city image, and furthermore, it is of academic significance in that it has a positive effect on the revisit to the waterfront park when the city image changes positively.|본 연구는 리질리언트 기반 수변공원의 특성과 리질리언트 가치가 도시이미지와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중국 내 하얼빈, 진화시에 위치하고 있는 리질리언트 수변공원 이용 경험자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 357명에 대한 설문조사 자료를 토대로 통계적 분석을 수행하였다. 분석을 토대로 다음과 같은 주요 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 리질리언트 기반 수변공원 특성이 도시이미지에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 리질리언트 기반 수변공원 특성의 하위 요인 중에서 지속가능성, 재생성 요인이 도시이미지에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 상대적 영향력은 재생성, 지속가능성 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수변공원의 리질리언트 가치가 도시이미지에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 수변공원의 리질리언트 가치의 하위 요인 중에서 경제적 가치, 사회적 가치, 문화적 가치, 환경적 가치 요인 모두 도시이미지에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 상대적 영향력은 환경적 가치, 문화적 가치, 경제적 가치, 사회적 가치 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 리질리언트 수변공원으로 형성된 도시이미지가 이용자의 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 리질리언트 수변공원으로 형성된 도시이미지는 재방문의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 리질리언트 기반 수변공원 특성이 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 리질리언트 기반 수변공원 특성의 하위 요인 중에서 생태성, 재생성은 재방문의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 상대적 영향력은 재생성, 생태성 순으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 수변공원의 리질리언트 가치가 이용자의 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 수변공원의 리질리언트 가치의 하위 요인 중에서 경제적 가치, 사회적 가치, 문화적 가치, 환경적 가치 요인 모두 이용자의 재방문의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 상대적 영향력은 환경적 가치, 문화적 가치, 경제적 가치, 사회적 가치 순으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 리질리언트 기반 수변공원 특성과 이용자의 재방문의도와의 관계에서 도시이미지의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 먼저, 생태성→도시이미지→재방문의도 경로, 다양성→도시이미지→재방문의도 경로, 적응성→도시이미지→재방문의도 경로는 유의미한 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 지속가능성→도시이미지→재방문의도 경로와 재생성→도시이미지→재방문의도 경로는 유의미한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 리질리언트 가치와 이용자의 재방문의도와의 관계에서 도시이미지의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 먼저, 사회적 가치→도시이미지→재방문의도 경로는 유의미한 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 경제적 가치→도시이미지→재방문의도 경로, 문화적 가치→도시이미지→재방문의도 경로, 환경적 가치→도시이미지→재방문의도 경로는 유의미한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구릍 통해 도시이미지에 미치는 여러 영향 요인 가운데 리질리언트 기반 수변공원의 특성과 리질리언트 가치가 중요한 요인이 될 수 있음을 실증분석을 통해 밝혔고 나아가 도시이미지가 긍정적으로 변모할 때 수변공원에 대한 재방문의도에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치게 됨을 확인하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 학술적인 의의가 있다고 볼 수 있다.
