복합문화공간에 나타난 하이퍼텍스트 특성 분석 연구

Abstract

사회 문화적 요소들이 코드화가 이루어지는 복합문화공간은 사회 전반적으로 라이프스타일과 가치관의 변화 등의 이유로 인하여 다양한 방식으로 복합화가 진행되어가고 있다. 새로운 문화의 장을 필요로 하는 대중들을 위하여 복합문화공간의 변화되는 양상은 건축 이론인 하이퍼텍스트의 특성과 연계성을 가지고 있다. 이에 관하여, 언어학 관점의 하이퍼텍스트의 특성을 분석한 후 그 특성을 바탕으로 공간에 대입했을 때의 하이퍼텍스트의 공간적 특징과 요소들을 추출하였다. 하이퍼텍스트는 비선형성, 상호작용성, 무경계성, 다중심성 이라는 대표적인 특성을 가지고 있는데 이러한 특성이 공간에 대입했을 때 나타나는 특징으로 하위 키워드를 추출하였다. 그로 인해 중심의 부재, 비순차적인 공간 경험, 구조의 내, 외부의 해체, 시각적인 개방감, 공간의 투명성, 경계의 재설정, 흐름을 통한 공간, 기능 변화라는 키워드가 추출되었다. 이렇게 도출한 하이퍼텍스트의 공간적 특징을 바탕으로 사례조사 대상인 복합문화공간의 공간적인 분석을 진행하였다. 이를 통하여 복합문화공간에 하이퍼텍스트적인 공간들의 공통적으로 표현되는 공간 요소와 특징이 분석되었다. 첫 번째로 다양한 장르와 기능의 복합화로 인하여 그 사이 공간들을 연계해주는 다양한 동선이 구획되고 동선은 수평적이거나 수직적으로 비순차적인 흐름을 가능하게 해주는 특징이 있다. 두 번째로 대형 공간의 내부에는 아트리움과 보이드공간을 연출하여 그 사이를 배회하며 자연스럽게 사용자들은 공간의 공간감과 개방성을 느끼며 자유로운 흐름이 발생하고 자연스럽게 발생하는 만남을 통해 서로 상호적인 효과를 주게 된다. 세 번째로 건축의 외피나 투명성을 가지는 건축재료를 통해 내, 외부의 경계는 모호해지고 도시의 연장선으로 하나의 공간감을 느낄 수 있는 공공성을 띤다. 네 번째로 다양한 진입로를 통하여 시작과 끝이 없는 하이퍼텍스트의 특성이 드러나며 시민들은 그 사이에서 자연스러운 유입을 통해 능동적으로 문화적인 행위를 할 수 있는 문화 참여의 장이 되고 있는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 오늘 날 문화 향유에 대한 인식과 가치의 증대로 대중들의 문화 충족 욕구를 만족시키기 위한 다양한 방식의 문화공간의 복합화가 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 일반적으로는 목적과 기능만을 위한 공간의 복합화가 이루어지고 있어, 대중의 새로운 문화적 공간에 대한 욕구 충족을 위한 건축적 도입의 배경으로 하이퍼텍스트의 특성이 적극적으로 활용되기를 바란다.|Complex cultural spaces where socio-cultural factors are coded are being complexed in various ways due to changes in lifestyle and values across society. For the public who need a new cultural venue, the changing pattern of complex cultural space has a connection with the characteristics of hypertext, an architectural theory. In this regard, after analyzing the characteristics of hypertext from a linguistic perspective, the spatial characteristics and elements of hypertext when substituted into space were extracted based on the characteristics. Hypertext has representative characteristics such as nonlinearity, interactivity, borderlessness, and multicenterism, and sub-keywords were extracted as features that appear when substituted into space. As a result, keywords such as central absence, non-sequential space experience, internal and external dismantling of the structure, visual openness, transparency of space, boundary reset, space through flow, and functional change were extracted. Based on the spatial characteristics of the hypertext derived in this way, a spatial analysis of the complex cultural space subject to the case study was conducted. Through this, the spatial elements and characteristics commonly expressed in hypertextual spaces in the complex cultural space were analyzed. First, due to the complexation of various genres and functions, various movements connecting the spaces in between are partitioned, and the movements are characterized by enabling non-sequential flow horizontally or vertically. Second, the atrium and void spaces are created inside the large space, and users naturally feel the space and openness of the space, and free flow occurs and naturally creates mutual effects through meetings. Third, through building materials with architectural cover or transparency, the internal and external boundaries become ambiguous and have a sense of space as an extension of the city. Fourth, through various access roads, the characteristics of hypertext without beginning and end were revealed, and it was seen that citizens became a place for cultural participation through natural inflow. Today, with the increase in awareness and value of cultural enjoyment, cultural spaces in various ways are being combined to satisfy the public's desire to satisfy culture. However, in general, spaces are complexed only for purpose and function, so it is hoped that the characteristics of hypertext will be actively used as the background of architectural introduction to satisfy the public's desire for a new cultural space.
