Abstract
In our society, buildings are built, used for appropriate purposes, and then demolished at the end of their lifespan, ending their life. Building a building within its life cycle requires a lot of time and effort, from planning and design to construction and maintenance. However, over time, it deteriorates, is affected by the external environment, and may be transformed. Dismantling of buildings takes place in various directions, such as when an aged and deformed building shows signs of collapse, when an empty or unlicensed house outside the safety management/inspection area has been abandoned for a long time and becomes a disaster-vulnerable area, or when a reconstruction or redevelopment project is promoted. there is. In most cases, dismantling construction sites that are carried out differently from the plan have insufficient procedures and unsystematic management and supervision. Dismantling work conducted under these conditions may cause unpredictable safety accidents. Recently, accidents leading to collapse have frequently occurred due to construction being carried out without following the decommissioning plan and structural safety inspection, or due to insufficient safety management during construction. A collapse accident at a demolition site is likely to cause a series of collapses in a short period of time, causing significant casualties. As demolition work is increasing, it is necessary to analyze the problems of the current demolition work and secure safety management for the insufficient dismantling process.
