체력 및 전문기술의 주기적 평가에 따른 중학교 축구선수들의 긍정적 변화에 대한 탐색적 이해

- Exploratory understanding of positive changes of middle school soccer players according to periodic evaluation of physical strength and specialized skills yang ho jung Advisor : Prof. Hyun-Woo, Kim Ph.D. Major in Physical Education Graduate School of Education Chosun University The purpose of this study is to confirm positive changes in participants through periodic evaluation, and to verify the hypothesis of this study, atotal of 111 elite soccer players in the first year of A middle school located in Gwangju Metropolitan city were studied, and through in-depth interviews and interviews with 11 players to find positive changes in psychodynamic, cognitive, and aggective areas through periodic evaluation for six weeks. A total of six periodic evaluations, once a week for six weeks, confirmed positive changes in three areas: psychodynamic, cognitive, and affective, and positive changes were confirmed through in-depth interviews and interviews with 11 players after the evaluation. In the psychodynamic domain, all 11 players in each category were able to see positive effects, and in the cognitive domain to develop the psychodynamic domain, positive changes were confirmed. in the cognitive domain, things that I thought would be easy to evaluate did not come out as I thought, so I should try harder because I am angry. The results are not as good as I thought, so I try to go home, practice, think, and do better. I was able to check various positive cognitive changes such as those, and in the affective domain, I will practice more in the future and try to be the best player in the middle school team than my friends. I practiced a lot individually with the mindset that I should get a good evaluation while evaluating, but there was a positive change that I should work harder because Ifelt goos and felt good when I checked the improved results, but I was also able to confirm the change that I was stressed and wanted to rest through the evaluation. Therefore, in order to develop the psychodynamic domin, positive changes can be made if you explore the cognitive domain and work for youself, and if players feel and conrirm positive changes in the affective domain, they should make efforts to drveiop themselves so that they can bring about positive changes for individual players and the team as a whole.
