학교스포츠클럽 대회 서비스품질이 몰입도와 지속참여 의도에 미치는 영향 : 교사지지의 조절효과를 중심으로

Abstract

This dissertation objective to identify the impact of service quality on immersion and intention to continue participation in school sports club competitions and to verify the moderating effect of teacher support to derive the importance of teachers' roles and continuous participation in school sports club competitions. And the purpose is to present the basic data.

The subjects of the study were middle and high school students located in Jeonbuk and Jeju Island who had participated in school sports club competitions. The questionnaire was modified and used according to this study among the tools used through reliability and validity verification in previous studies in the county.

A total of 318 copies of the questionnaire were collected, and data based on a total of 200 responses were used for actual analysis, except for 118 response data judged to be unfaithful or unreliable. Data processing was processed according to the purpose of this study using IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0. The analysis techniques used were independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions obtained based on this research method and procedure are as follows.

First, it was shown that there were some differences in service quality, immersion, continuous participation intention, and teacher support relationships according to demographic characteristics (gender, school level, school type, residence, and participating events).

Second, physical environmental quality and interaction quality have a positive(+) effect on result quality.

Third, result quality has a positive(+) effect on cognitive commitment.

Fourth, result quality has a positive(+) effect on behavioral commitment.

Fifth, cognitive immersion, behavioral immersion, and result quality have a positive(+) effect on the intention to continue participation.

Sixth, it has been confirmed that teacher support has a moderating effect in the relationship between physical environmental quality and interaction quality on outcome quality and behavioral immersion on the intention to continue participation.

Through the above results, it was found that the sub-factors of service quality had a positive(+) effect on immersion and intention to continue participation, and the moderating effect of teacher support was partially confirmed.| 본 연구는 학교스포츠클럽대회 서비스품질이 몰입도와 지속참여의도에 미치는 영향을 밝히고 교사지지의 조절효과를 검증하여 교사의 역할의 중요성과 학교스포츠클럽대회의 지속적인 참여를 이끌어내는데 목적이 있으며 그 기초자료를 제시하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 학교스포츠클럽대회 참여 경험이 있는 전북과 제주도 내의 소재한 중, 고등학생으로 모집단을 설정하였다. 설문지는 군내 선행연구에서 신뢰도와 타당도 검증을 통해 사용했던 도구들 가운데 본 연구의 맞게 수정하여 사용하였다. 설문지는 총 318부를 회수하였고, 불성실하게 응답한 자료로 판단되거나 신뢰도가 떨어진다고 판단되는 응답자료를 118부를 제외하고 총 200명의 응답을 기초로 한 자료가 실제 분석에 사용되었다. 자료처리는 IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0을 활용하여 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 처리하였다. 사용된 분석기법은 독립검정 t-tsest, 일원분산분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차를 토대로 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성(성별, 학교급, 학교형태, 거주지, 참가종목)에 따른 학교스포츠클럽대회 서비스품질, 몰입도, 지속참여의도, 교사지지 관계에서 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.

둘째, 물리적 환경품질과 상호작용 품질은 결과품질에 긍정적 영향을 미친다.

셋째, 결과품질은 인지몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미친다.

넷째. 결과품질은 행위몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미친다.

다섯째, 인지몰입, 행위몰입, 결과품질은 지속참여의도에 긍정적 영향을 미친다.

여섯째, 물리적 환경품질이 결과품질. 상호작용품질이 결과품질, 행위몰입이 지속참여의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 교사지지의 조절효과가 부분적으로 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 결과를 통해 서비스품질의 하위요인은 몰입도와 지속참여의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 교사지지의 조절효과를 부분적으로 확인할 수 있었다.
