학교스포츠클럽 참여 가치와 대회 참여의 만족, 신뢰, 지속, 추천 의도의 관계 분석

Abstract

본 연구에서는 초·중·고 학교 청소년들의 학교스포츠클럽 참여에 따른 참여 가치와 학교스포츠클럽 대회 참여 만족, 참여 신뢰, 지속 참여, 추천 의도 간의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 학교스포츠클럽 대회에 출전한 각 지역 대표 학생들로 연구 대상을 선정하여 2019년 10월 26일부터 12월 1일까지 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 4,652명의 통계자료를 확보하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 설문조사의 표본 추출은 유층집략무선표집법(stratified cluster random sampling)을 이용하였으며, 또한 설문지 작성과 관련하여 자기 평가기입법(self administration method)을 활용하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서 통계 자료처리는 SPSS ver.26.0과 AMOS 24.0의 프로그램을 활용하여, 연구 결과를 추출하기 위한 기초통계는 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 상관관계분석(correlation analysis), 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis : EFA), 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis : CFA)을 실시하였다. 그리고 심화된 연구결과 추출을 위한 통계 분석으로 구조방정식모형(structural equation model: SEM)을 이용하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 얻게되었다. 첫째, 학교스포츠클럽 참여에 따른 가치(교육적 가치, 체육적 가치, 사회적 가치)는 학교스포츠클럽 대회 참여 만족에 핵심적인 강화 요인임을 확인하였으며, 본 연구 결과와 함께 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 가치가 참여 만족, 참여 신뢰, 지속 참여, 추천 의도로 이어지는 연구모형을 제시하고 있다. 둘째, 학교스포츠클럽 참여에 따른 가치와 학교스포츠클럽 대회 참여 만족이 학교스포츠클럽 대회에 참가하는 학생들의 참여 신뢰에 영향을 미치며, 특히 참여 만족이 참여 신뢰에 핵심적인 강화 요인으로 확인되어 학교스포츠클럽 대회 참여 신뢰를 향상하기 위한 선행 변수로 이론적 근거를 제공하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구 결과와 함께 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 참여 만족이 참여 신뢰, 지속 참여로 이어지는 연구모형을 제시하고 있다. 셋째, 학교스포츠클럽 참여에 따른 가치와 학교스포츠클럽 대회 참여 만족, 참여 신뢰가 학교스포츠클럽 대회에 참가하는 학생들의 지속 참여에 영향을 미치며, 특히 참여 신뢰가 지속 참여에 핵심적인 강화 요인으로 확인되어 학교스포츠클럽 대회 지속 참여를 높이기 위한 선행 변수로 이론적 근거를 제공하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구 결과와 함께 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 참여 신뢰가 지속 참여, 추천 의도로 이어지는 연구모형을 제시하고 있다. 넷째, 학교스포츠클럽 참여에 따른 가치와 학교스포츠클럽 대회 참여 만족, 참여 신뢰, 지속 참여가 학교스포츠클럽 대회에 참가하는 학생들의 추천 의도에 영향을 미치며, 특히 지속 참여가 추천 의도에 핵심적인 강화 요인으로 확인되어 학교스포츠클럽 대회 추천 의도를 향상하기 위한 선행 변수로 이론적 근거를 제공하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구 결과와 함께 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 지속 참여가 추천 의도로 이어지는 연구모형을 제시하고 있다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 학교스포츠클럽 참여에 따른 가치(체육적 가치, 사회적 가치)가 참여 만족에 긍정적인 인과관계 영향을 가지고 있음을 제시하고 있다. 또한 이러한 참여 만족은 지속적인 대회 참여를 가능하게 할 것이며, 궁극적으로 행복하고 건강한 생활을 위한 필수적인 신체활동으로 학교스포츠클럽 필요성을 인식하게 될 것이다. 이에 자신의 믿음과 확신은 주변인들에게 권유와 추천으로 돌아갈 것이며, 이는 곧 학교스포츠클럽의 순기능적 선순환구조의 결과인 생활체육 연계 또는 평생체육의 문화로 이어질 수 있는 이론적 근거를 보여주는 연구 결과이다.|The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the value of elementary, middle, and high school youth’s participating in school sports clubs and their satisfaction, trust, continuity, and the recommendation purposes of participating in the contest. For this, we selected subjects for study from the representative students of each region who participated in the national school sports club competitions, conducted an online survey from October 26 to December 1 in 2019, and obtained a total of 4,652 statistical data. To achieve the purpose of the study, stratified cluster random sampling was used for sampling of the survey and a questionnaire was designed to be completed by respondents using a self-administration method. In addition, statistical data were processed using the programs of SPSS ver.26.0 and AMOS 24.0 and the basic statistics for the research results were obtained using frequency analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis(EFA), and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA). We get the following research results by using the structural equation model(SEM) as a way of statistical analysis for achieving better outcomes in the in-depth research. First, we confirmed that the value of participating in school sports clubs (educational value, physical value, and social value) is a key reinforcing factor in increasing students’ satisfaction when participating in school sports club competitions and proposed a research model based on the theoretical basis along with the results of this study where the value leads to the satisfaction, the trust, the continuity, and the recommendation purposes of participating in contests. Second, it is suggested that the value of participating in school sports clubs, and especially the satisfaction of participating in school sports club competitions, affect the trust of students participating in the competitions. The evidence that the participation satisfaction is a main reinforcing factor to the trust of students participating in the competitions provides a theoretical basis for improving trust of participating in school sports club competitions. Therefore, based on the theoretical basis and the results of this study, we present a research model in which the participation satisfaction leads to the trust of participation and the continuous participation. Third, it is proposed that the value of participating in school sports clubs, the satisfaction of participating in school sports club competitions, and especially the trust of participation of competitions affect students' continuous participation in contests. The evidence that the trust of participation in contests is a major reinforcing factor to the continuous participation in contests provides a theoretical basis for enhancing continuous participation in school sports club competitions. Therefore, based on the theoretical basis and the results of this study, we present a research model in which the trust of participation leads to the continuous participation and the recommendation purposes of participating in contests. Fourth, we suggest that the value of participating in school sports clubs, the participation satisfaction, the trust of participation, and especially the continuous participation of school sports club competitions affect the recommendation purposes of participating in contests. We have proved that the continuous participation in contests is a primary reinforcing factor to the the intention to recommend the participation in contests, which leads to a theoretical basis for emphasizing the intention to recommend the participation in contests. Therefore, based on the theoretical basis and the results of this study, we propose a research model in which the continuous participation leads to the recommendation purposes of participating in contests. In conclusion, we suggest in the study that the sports and social value of participating in school sports clubs have a positive causal effect on the participation satisfaction. Furthermore, the participation satisfaction of school sports club competitions will enable continuous participation in contests, which will enhance people’s awareness on the need of school sports clubs as essential physical activities for a happy and healthy life. One's faith and conviction will change to the recommendation to those around him or her, which results in the culture of daily sports activities and lifelong sports, the result of the good effects of school sports club's virtuous cycle structure.
