누전 사례연구를 통한 전기안전관리 개선에 관한 연구

Abstract

과학 및 경제의 발달과 일상생활의 편리성과 삶과 질을 윤택하게 해주는 전기의 사용량은 더욱 증가 추세에 있다.

하지만 때로는 위험성이 높은 잘못된 전기의 사용으로 인하여 감전재해 사고나 전기화재가 발생하기도 한다.

따라서 본 논문에서는 누전에 관하여 고찰하고 전기화재 및 감전재해의 사례를 분석하고 현장실무에서 누전시 대응전략과 누전의 빈도수가 높은 콘센트 회로를 구성하여 전기안전관리자 측면에서 개선책을 제시하고자 하였다.

전기 누전 사고로 인한 피해를 줄이고 체계적인 안전을 확보할 수 있도록 전기안전 관리자를 선임하는 방법과 실제 현장에서 활용할 수 있고 누전시 점검절차의 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 또한, 누전 사고가 발생한 경우 시공 시 부하 측 콘센트에 누전차단기 매립형 콘센트를 설치하여 전기 누전 사고에 대한 안정적인 시공이 가능성을 제시하였다|The development of science and economy, the convenience of daily life, and the use of electricity that enriches life and quality are on the rise. However, sometimes electric shock accidents or electrical fires occur due to the wrong use of high-risk electricity. Therefore, in this paper, we tried to suggest improvement measures from the perspective of electrical safety managers by examining short circuits, analyzing cases of electrical fires and electric shock disasters, constructing countermeasures against short circuits in field practice and outlet circuits with high frequency of short circuits. In order to reduce damage caused by electrical leakage accidents and ensure systematic safety, a method for appointing an electrical safety manager and a guideline for checking procedures in case of leakage that can be used in the actual field are presented. In addition, in the event of an electrical leakage accident, the possibility of stable construction for an electrical leakage accident was suggested by installing an earth leakage breaker embedded outlet at the load-side outlet during construction.
