성인발레지도자의 변혁적 리더십이 무용몰입 및 지속의사에 미치는영향

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 성인 취미 발레 지도자가 갖추어야 할 역량 중 변혁적 리더십이 무용 몰입도와 지속적인 참여의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 성인 취미 발레 학생들이 원하는 리더십 역량을 파악하여 몰입도와 지속적인 참여의도를 파악하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 대중화된 성인 취미 발레 시장에서 경쟁력 있는 리더의 자기 계발 측면에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 분석하여 기초 자료를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 광주와 전라남도 성인발레학원 학생들을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 연구대상자는 2022년 3월부터 5월까지 2개월간 총 400명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 설문조사는 편의추출방식과 자가평가 방식으로 응답하도록 하였다. 연구에 사용된 설문지는 성실하지 않은 질문 20부, 일괄 채우기 및 누락을 제외하고 총 380문항입니다.

The purpose of this study is to present basic data on the aspect of self-development of a competitive leader in the popularized adult hobby ballet market by analyzing the major factors affecting For this purpose, students from adult ballet academies in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do were selected as the population. The research subjects were surveyed for 2 months from March to May 2022, and a total of 400 people were surveyed. For the survey, the respondents were asked to respond by using the convenience sampling method and the self-evaluation method. Statistical techniques used in this study include frequency analysis, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability analysis ( Cronbach's α), correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used to obtain the following results. First, it was found that transformational leadership had a partial effect on dance immersion. Second, it was found that transformational leadership had a partial effect on the intention to continue. Third, it was found that immersion in dance affects the intention to continue. As for the implications of the above results, first, it is important for an adult ballet leader to present a clear goal step by step and demonstrate a confident figure, and perform the same movement with repeated feedback as well as specific feedback that can achieve the goal with interest in each student. You must also have leadership skills to feel other stimuli. Second, adult ballet participants should have the dance instructor give feedback and encouragement in a new way through consideration and interest for each participant, and they should have the leadership ability to perform dance movements. Third, adult ballet leaders not only focus on dance performance so that adult ballet participants can immerse themselves in dance activities, but adjust the difficulty level and set goals in detail so that each participant can have fun and gain self-satisfaction and confidence.
