Abstract
The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of self-esteem on satisfaction of dance class participants by dividing them into majors and non-majors. In addition, a survey was conducted on adults aged 20 or older who had participated in dance classes and 264 questionnaires were collected. Data processing wad made by IBM SPSS ver. 27.0 and multiple regression analysis were conduced to draw results. The results were as follows.
First, for all participants in the dance class, the sense of respect for the social ego influenced the satisfaction of self-fulfillment, teacher satisfaction, and satisfaction of improving ability. and respect for the family ego influenced the satisfaction of self-fulfillment, teacher satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, and ability improvement satisfaction. In addition, school-oriented self-respect has been found to have an impact on teacher satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, and ability improvement satisfaction.
Second, for dance majors, respect for the social ego and respect for the family ego influenced all the factors of satisfaction. and The school's sense of self-respect has been found to have an effect on teacher satisfaction. additionally, for non-majors, respect for the family ego affects all factors of satisfaction: self-fulfillment, teacher satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, and satisfaction with improving ability.
In conclusion, in this study, the factors of self-esteem affect the satisfaction of all participants through dance classes, and respect for the family ego and social ego all affect the satisfaction of dance majors. however, Non-majors is found that only a sense of respect for the family ego influences the satisfaction factor. the results show that it has been found to have a positive effect on those who participate in the dance classes.
