대학 태권도 전공선택과 전공만족 및 진로선택 조사 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 대학에서 태권도 전공을 선택한 대상자들에게 전공선택 요인과 만족을 파악하여 이후 진로선택에도 어떠한 관련성이 있는지를 확인하고자 한다. 이러한 연구를 통해 태권도를 전공하고 있는 학생들의 특성을 파악하고 이에 따른 만족도와 진로 선택의 다양성들을 파악하여 제시하고자 하며, 태권도 전공 학생들의 전공과 진로 등의 미시적 접근의 기초자료로 활용되어 질 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 본 설문은 총 291명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 적절하지 못한 11명의 설문을 제외하여 280개의 설문을 연구에 활용하였다. 본 연구를 위한 자료처리 방법은 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 대상자들의 일반적 분석을 위해 빈도분석을 실시하고, 설문 문항에 대한 타당성 확보를 위해 요인분석으로 적합한 문항을 채택하였으며, 채택한 문항에 대해 Cronbach’s α 계수를 통해 신뢰도 검정을 실시하였다. 일반적 특성에 대한 비교를 위해 독립 t-test를 실시하고 2개 이상의 변수에 대해 일원분산분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. ANOVA를 통한 차이확인 후 사후검정은 Scheffe를 이용하였다. 각 요인별 Pearson의 상관분석을 진행하고 상관이 나타난 요인들에 대해 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 자세히 살펴보았다. 전공선택과 전공만족의 요인과 진로선택 간에는 교차분석을 통해 유의미함을 살펴보았다. 모든 통계치의 유의수준은 p<.05 수준으로 설정하였다. 본 연구를 통한 결론을 정의하였다. 첫째, 일반적 특성(성별, 학년, 입학유형, 세부종목)에 따라 태권도 전공선택의 내재적 요인과 외재적 요인을 비롯한 전공만족의 교과만족, 관계만족, 인식만족에서의 평균적 차이는 보이고 있으나 통계적 유의미한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 대학 태권도 전공선택과 전공만족은 서로 간의 정적이 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 전공선택의 내재적동기는 전공만족의 교과만족과 관계만족에서 상호작용이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 외재적동기는 교과만족에서 유의미한 상호작용이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학 태권도 전공선택, 전공만족, 진로선택 간에는 전공선택의 내재적동기와 외재적동기, 전공만족의 교과만족, 관계만족, 인식만족에서 관계성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. |The purpose of this study is to identify the major selection factors and satisfaction of the subjects who have chosen the Taekwondo major at university, and to check if there is any relevance to their future career choices. Through this study, we intend to identify the characteristics of students majoring in Taekwondo, identify and present satisfaction and diversity of career choices, and to use them as basic data for microscopic approaches such as majors and career paths for Taekwondo majors. want to In this questionnaire, a total of 291 people were surveyed, and 280 questionnaires were used in the study, excluding 11 inappropriate questionnaires. For comparison of general characteristics, an independent t-test was performed and one-way ANOVA was performed on two or more variables. After confirming the difference through ANOVA, Scheffe was used for the post-hoc test. Pearson's correlation analysis was performed for each factor, and multiple regression analysis was performed on the factors that showed correlation. The significance of major choice and major satisfaction factors and career choice was examined through cross-analysis. The significance level of all statistics was set at p<.05 level. Conclusions from this study were defined. First, according to the general characteristics (gender, grade, admission type, specific event), there are average differences in subject satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, and cognitive satisfaction of major satisfaction including intrinsic and extrinsic factors of Taekwondo major selection, but statistically significant differences did not appear Second, university Taekwondo major selection and major satisfaction were found to have positive correlations with each other, and intrinsic motivation for major selection was found to have an interaction with subject satisfaction and relational satisfaction of major satisfaction, and extrinsic motivation was found to have a positive relationship with each other. It was found that there was a significant interaction in subject satisfaction. Third, between university Taekwondo major selection, major satisfaction, and career choice, there was a relationship in intrinsic and extrinsic motivation for major choice, subject satisfaction of major satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, and cognitive satisfaction.
