노인의 노인복지관 건강증진프로그램 참여가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 논문은 노인복지관 건강증진프로그램참여가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 또한 삶의 만족을 위한 건강증진프로그램의 미래 지향적 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구자료 확보를 위해 광주광역시에 위치한 노인복지관으로부터 설문을 받았다. 설문지 220개를 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 통해 통계적으로 처리하였다. 그룹간의 차이를 확인하기 위해 t-검사와 일원 분산 분석을 실시하였다. 요인 간의 영향을 확인하기 위해 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 회귀분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 노인의 일반적 특성에 따라 노인복지관 건강증진프로그램에 참여하는 노인의 삶의 만족도는 교육수준, 주거환경, 경제적 수입 따라 평균적 차이와 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 노인복지관 건강증진 프로그램 참여가 삶의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구를 통해 노인들의 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위해 노인복지관에서의 다양한 건강증진프로그램을 운영하여 스스로 건강을 관리할 수 있도록 더 나은 건강증진프로그램을 개발하고 활성화하며 어르신들이 이용하는 여러 시설에서의 건강증진프로그램이 필수적인 신체활동프로그램으로 자리매김하여 적극적인 관심과 운영이 필요하다. 또한 건강증진프로그램 담당 강사의 연수 기회, 복지시설에 대한 재정적 지원과 행정적 지원을 통하여 노인들이 건강증진프로그램으로 인해 바람직하고 유용한 삶을 영위하여 다가오는 초고령사회에서 건강을 유지할 수 있도록 대비해야 한다.|The purpose of this study is to identify the influence caused by the participation in health promotion programs of senior welfare centers on the elders' satisfaction with life. Additionally, the study aims to suggest a future oriented directivity for the health promotion program for the satisfaction with life. To secure the research data, a survey was conducted on a senior welfare center located in Gwangju Metropolitan City. 220 survey questionnaires were statistically processed with SPSS 26.0 program. In order to identify the differences between the groups, t-test and one-way ANOVA were performed. Correlation analysis was conducted to determine the effects among the factors and the following conclusion was gained through regression analysis. First, followed by the general characteristics of the elders, there were mean differences and significant differences in the satisfaction with life for the elders participating in the health promotion programs at the senior welfare center based on their education background, residential environment, and income. Second, participation in the health promotion programs at the senior welfare center had a positive influence on the satisfaction with life. Based on the findings of this study, it was considered that the senior welfare centers should manage and operate various health promotion programs to heighten the elders' satisfaction with life and also develop and activate better health promotion programs so that they can manage their personal health. Moreover, active interest and operation are necessary so that the health promotion programs can be established as essential physical activity programs in many facilities utilized by the elders. Furthermore, opportunities for training and financial and administrative support in the welfare facilities should be provided to the instructors in charge of the health promotion programs so that the elders can manage desirable and valuable lives through the health promotion programs and be prepared to maintain health conditions in the super-aged society.
