상용통신망 기반의 안정적인 소방차량위치확인시스템 구현

Abstract

As more qualified fire fighting service is needed to deal with disaster, rescue, and EMS(Emergency Medical service) efficiently, some of the fire station construct and use the Automatic Vehicle Location(AVL) with fire fighting its own wireless network(UHF) However, with appling Polling/Select technic based on limited data channel and not offering stable wireless communication environment, in becomes getting in trouble with the vehicle control. This research compared and analyzes data response waiting time and success rate of fire fighting own wireless network, and verifies feasibility of the AVL system based on commercial business network(CDMA). Also, I propose an embodiment plan of the AVL system to verify the fire fighting vehicles‘s location based on effective CDMA that can convert half-duplex data transfer system into full-duplex by applying allocated static IP on mobile terminal in attempt to use VPN. Accordingly I make it possible to carry out an effective control over fire fighting vehicles through reduced arrival time and support on the field at the Fire Dispatch Center.
