Abstract
This study set up a population of students from Pilates Academy in Gwangju and Jeolla regions from October 1, 2019 to December 1, 2019. The survey target was distributed to Gwangju and Jeolla regions using the convenience sampling method, and the questionnaire was answered by the self-evaluation method, which is a personal interview. Among the collected questionnaires, the final questionnaire was used for the study, except for the questionnaire, which is a matter of validity and reliability. SPSS Ver. It was computed using the statistical package program of 22.0. The statistical techniques used in this study are frequency analysis, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability analysis. (Cronbach's α), correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The detailed data processing method is as follows.
First, frequency analysis, independent sample T-test, and one-way ANOVA were performed to analyze demographic characteristics. Second, exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach's α were conducted to analyze the validity and reliability of the questionnaire regarding participation motivation, class satisfaction, commitment, and continued participation intention. Third, correlation analysis was conducted to confirm the relationship between the factors of participation motivation, class satisfaction, commitment, and continued participation intention. Fourth, multiple regression analysis was conducted for causal analysis of participation motivation, class satisfaction, commitment, and continued participation intention, and the following results were obtained. First, the motivation for participation by Pilates participants had an effect on class satisfaction. Second, the motivation for participation by Pilates participants had an impact on immersion. Third, the motivation for participation by Pilates participants influenced their intention to continue. Fourth, the class satisfaction and immersion of Pilates participants influenced their intention to participate continuously.
