- Abstract
- This study is to understand the Pansori education plan of 2015 revised the department of musicology curriculum based on music elements and conceptual system table. Also the purpose of this study is to analyze meaningful Pansori songs among expression part of high school music textbooks and suggest a Pansori singing instruction plan using Malbut-imsae. The methods of this study are as follows.
First, A literature study on the existing Pansori theory has been conducted to describe the theoretical background.
Second, this paper looked into the meaningful Pansori songs presented as singing activities among the expression part of 10 current high school music textbooks. In other words, the type of sheet music, learning goals, and learning activities were analyzed.
Third, This paper described the justification of the Pansori terminology used in the music elements and conceptual framework of the 2015 revised the department of musicology education curriculum.
The limitation of this study is excluding the certain case – sheet music does not included in the current high school music textbooks or presented only part of the song. Therefore, this paper suggested teaching plan, which the song
contained in the textbook- ‘SALANG-GA’ and ‘SSUGDAE-MEOLIi’ of CHUNHYANG-GA, ‘HWACHOJANG-TARYEONG’ of HEUNGBO-GA
In this way, this learning with Malbut-imsae can help students improve the efficiency of singing class and the understanding of Pansori. Furthermore, it can be a good teaching plan as a preceding activity to write lyrics in JEONG-GANBO through rhythm learning.
