2015 특수교육 교육과정을 통해 본 병원학교 창의적 체험활동에 대한 교사의 인식과 운영실태 및 지원요구

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the organization and operations of creative experiential activity in hospital schools, explore teachers’ perceptions of creative experiential activity based on the 2015 special education curriculum, analyze demand for support and provide basic materials for suggestions. For this, 23 teachers from 23 out of the 35 hospital schools across the country were surveyed. The results of this research are as follows: First, the teachers’ perceptions of creative experiential activity based on the 2015 special education curriculum were above average, and it was revealed that they needed active promotions for creative experiential activity and training to strengthen teachers' professional capacity for successful operations of the programs. Second, as for the organization and operations of creative experiential activity in hospital schools, various programs were being operated in the areas of autonomy, club and career activities based on the demands from students and parents, which helped improve psychological stability of students. Third, it is necessary to develop various programs and materials for the demands for supporting creative experiential activity in hospital schools. It is also required to reinforce cooperation to run the creative experiential activity successfully by providing teachers with lists of local resources at the levels of Education Office and school.|본 연구는 병원학교의 창의적 체험활동에 대한 편성과 운영 실태를 파악하고, 2015 특수교육 교육과정을 통해 본 창의적 체험활동에 대한 교사들의 인식을 알아봄으로써 이에 대한 지원요구 분석 및 제언을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전국병원학교 35곳 중 23곳의 병원학교 담당교사 23명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 2015 특수교육 교육과정을 통해 본 창의적 체험활동에 관한 교사의 인식은 평균적으로 보통 이상의 수준을 보였으며 창의적 체험활동에 관한 홍보 활성화와 프로그램의 성공적 운영을 위한 교사전문역량강화 연수를 희망하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 병원학교의 창의적 체험활동 편성 및 운영실태는 학생과 학부모의 요구수준을 기반으로 자율활동, 동아리활동, 진로활동 영역에서 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 있었으며 그 결과 학생들의 심리적 안정을 도모하였다. 셋째, 병원학교 창의적 체험활동 지원요구 측면에서 활용 가능한 다양한 프로그램과 자료 개발이 필요하며, 교육청 및 학교수준에서 지역 자원 목록 제공이 적극적으로 교사들에게 제공되어 성공적인 창의적 체험활동 운영을 위한 협력을 강화해야 한다.
