Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the problem of uniform preparation movement and to develop and apply preliminary activities that can participate actively with interest and motivation as an alternative to overcome problems.
For the purpose of this study, we selected 10 students from W grade junior high school in G metropolitan city as participant of preliminary activity program and conducted qualitative research for about 4 months from February 2017 to May 2017.
In the data collection, we gathered data such as in - depth interviews with participants in preliminary activities and expert groups, observation of participation through preliminary activities, researcher 's reflection journal, photos and images related to preliminary activities abroad.
The data were analyzed using the inductive category analysis method. In addition, the validity of this study was secured through consultation with triangular verification method and expert group and review with members.
Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions can be drawn. First, the preliminary activity program is a preliminary exercise that helps the learner to start his / her class vigorously and dynamically.
Second, the preliminary activity program is a preparation exercise to improve the interest and motivation of the learners.
Third, the preliminary activity program is a preparatory exercise which enables whole - person education pursued in physical education curriculum.
Based on these results, preliminary activities have helped learners to start dynamically and vigorously in class and improve the interest and motivation of this class. In addition, it provided a positive attitude change for the preparatory exercise, made it possible for the whole development, and provided the basis for providing learners with various types of preparatory exercises.
