The impact of coaching knowledge, perception of leadership amateur golfers on the coach`s preference and satisfaction classes

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of amateur golfers 'perceived coaching knowledge on leader' s preference and class satisfaction. Secondly, it was found that the coach knowledge of the amateur golfers perceived the leader 's preference as the leader' s coaching knowledge according to the demographic characteristics (sex, age, career) Third, the influence of amateur golfers 'perception of coach' s coaching knowledge on the satisfaction of the course. Fourth, the influence of amateur golfers 'leader' s preference according to their coaching knowledge on the satisfaction of the course was analyzed.
In order to achieve the purpose of this study, amateur golfers who are being taught at the golf practice field in G metropolitan City from Aug. to Oct. 2016 were selected and a total of 350 persons were sampled using the self-administration method. A total of 274 questionnaires were used in this study, except for 76 items that were missing or inadequate.
The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, one - way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, the following conclusions were drawn.
First, there were no statistically significant differences between the amateur golfers' sex, age, coaching knowledge, coaching theory, course, member understanding, and course strategy factors. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the factors of coaching theory among sub - factors of coaching knowledge according to career, and the golfers' experience of less than 1 year was higher than that of golfers of 3 ~ 5 years and 5 years or more.
Second, there was no significant difference in amateur golfer 's preference according to sex and age. There was a significant difference in career, and the leader 's preference was recognized to be high in the group with less than 1 year of golf experience.
Third, there was no significant difference in the satisfaction of the amateur golfers according to their sex and age. There was a significant difference in career experience, and the satisfaction level of golfers perceived golf career less than 1 year.
Fourth, perceived coaching knowledge of amateur golfers influenced leader preference. The method of teaching, coaching theory, course and course strategy were found to have a statistically significant effect. Therefore, golf leaders need to be guided by the appropriate course plan and the level and disposition of their members before teaching their members.
Fifth, perceived coaching knowledge of amateur golfers influenced the satisfaction of the course. Class method, course, member understanding, and course strategy were statistically influenced.
Sixth, leader 's preference affects class satisfaction. Leadership preference has a statistically significant effect on class satisfaction.
Therefore, the more amateur golfers perceive the coaching knowledge of their perceived leaders, the higher the preference of golf instructors who will guide themselves, and the more the satisfaction of the instructor is based on the preference of such leaders.
