- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to foster the harmonious human as well as express human mind with the self development through the art education. It can cultivate positiveness to improve the quality of life, find various aesthetic objects in our daily lives, and practice it. The modern society which has constantly been developed is changed into the society which creates more new and novel things, and individual thing and deems it important. In particular, the students in the modern society who are growing in various and a lot of information want to consider revealing their personality important, check their own possibility and originality, and express themselves. Likewise, the originality-centered education shall be conducted because the artistic aspects in various general social fields are considered important and developed. The art education centered on the development of originality can develop abilities, etc. in order to construct or abstract the divergent thinking ability, flexibility, originality, and novelty. The purpose of creative art education is to develop the imagination and originality in the life through various and new art activities, and to understand and succeed a variety of art culture accordingly. Furthermore, its purpose is to develop various abilities and such education is made through the creative activity and appreciation activity.
The reason the human uses pattern design why it is the pattern which began from the human decorative instinct, and the human has beautified the living environment, derived pleasure, and decorated all the things. In the pattern, it characterizes by time period in different shapes of lives, cultures, aesthetic consciousness, and spiritual values by the different nations. For this reason, this study was to investigate the art curriculum through the pattern design, emphasize the free expression as the individual personality was revealed naturally, and suggest the learning model.
To conclude, the purpose of this study is to raise the learner' educational effect by suggesting the class guidance plan which fits to the change of modern society, and by understanding the importance of 'creative art education through the pattern design' as well as suggesting the learning model.
