Abstract
In this paper we present a method of Subdivision by quadratic rational Bezier curve. It was shown that we can divide a quadratic tational Bezier curve not subdivision but subdivision.
When curve is approximated to curve, we can find the closet curve when a Hausdorff distance should be smaller then TOL.
In this way when we subdivide the quadratic rational Bezier curve to find an approximated curve, there is an advantage to be able to divide less then subdivision. In addition it has applicabilities.
