- We introduce a modified system of 2D Euler equations, which contain a retarding term in the vortex equation, and show the existence of the Cauchy problem the solutions of the system when the initial data belongs to LBMO and .
The main ingredient is the preservation of certain norm along a flow whose vorticity belongs to LBMO, which was derived in [1].
