Abstract
This research focused on the fact even though there is a large number of food available, there are not that much food that can be trusted within the society these days. Therefore the children have unprotected exposure to food that hasn't been approved for its safety and in order to control the low quality imported foods being given as lunch food at schools, the environmentally friendly agricultural products were introduced to schools. Therefore the purpose of this research was to analyze the satisfaction and awareness rates on schools around Jeollanam-do, Jangseong-gun which already provide children with environmentally friendly agricultural goods. Additionally, the rate of parent awareness on the application of environmentally friendly agricultural products for school lunches was analyzed as well.
The research used the SPSS17.K program for the statistical processing enterprise. The frequency analysis was conducted in order to investigate the general matter of the surveyed and the general awareness of the surveyed. Additionally, cross-analysis was used to understand the difference in awareness by examining the sex, age, and participation experiences in school lunch meals among the surveyed.answer back voluntary recognition executed a range analysis.
It was proven through the survey that regardless of sex and age, the participation experiences in school lunch meals was low, but mostly, the surveyors showed satisfaction in the school lunch meals. Parents did know the general concepts of environmentally friendly agricultural goods being used in lunch meals but they didn't know much about the funding provided by Jeollanam-do and Jangseong-gun for the environmentally friendly agricultural goods. This was a result of the combination between the parents' indifference on the matter but also the lack of PR for the matter. Therefore it will be necessary to select a lunch meal day in order to have the parents to have field experience along with their children. Additionally, there must be PR for not only the eco-friendly agricultural department organization of Jeollanam-do and Jangseong-gun but also PR for the school meals support. There was a significant difference in the burden on the percentage of additional expenses even though there wasn't a remarkable difference between how people reacted on the cost intent when schools use environmentally friendly agricultural goods in sex and age.
