Abstract

This paper analyzed Chinese innovation, open-door policy and economic development. Also, this paper searched China economy growth-strategy leading these development and find the problems which were generate from the growth. And this paper analyzed confrontation plan about various problems that happen in process. Chinese economic growth is various factors like a native's saving, foreign direct investment and overseas Chinese capital, and China used disequilibrium strategy as an economy growth-strategy. But, although China accomplished fast growth of economy, low efficiency economic-structure, excessive supply, areaㆍ differential between class happen. Therefore, Korean enterprise should understand through analysis for China. Korean enterprise should propel to direction that can do to minimize concurrence relation, and develop by complementary cooperation with China. Also, Korean enterprise's China advance is felt constraint by change of China policy. Korean enterprise need transfer of investment pattern by Chinese government`promotion industry that prescribe high-tech technology, competitive advantage industry, Korean enterprise need technological differentiation that export item development and income principal parts about Chinese new field of growth. Also, Korean enterprise will have to try for necessary parts development in China export goods development and Chinese industrial structure height process. At the same time, enterprise must change export structure of processing trade by export structure for domestic demand. And need diversification of export goods in Chinese several policy changes. And investment area should be various. Korean enterprise invested concentration into the coast and urban areas so far. Enterprises must develope human resources, raw material and parts supply for internatization of enterprise operation. If industrial cooperation is expanded with China, enterprises need to lay new investment program in competition with multinational corporations. Korea's enterprise should tries to research and development, domestic market reclamation, melancholy manpower hold, development of human resources with long-term vision. To survive in China market, Korean enterprise will need commensal corporate image construction through design and goods plan, society contribution that local consumers want. Now China economy strategy is changed into an equilibrium economy growth-strategy from the disequilibrium economy growth-strategy. If the Korea expands Chinese industry and technology and economy interchange, economic relations of two countries may develop in prosperity of 21th century Northeast Asia economic bloc. The Korea will have to try so that thorough market survey and various field investment of local domestic market, then Korea and China may become partner of industrial cooperation..
