레슬링지도자의 리더십유형이 선수만족도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

This study has drawn the following results from a survey of wrestling players from some middle/high schools and universities in Jeonnam and Gwangju Metropolitan City in order to explicate the influence of wrestling coaches' leadership types on players' satisfaction. First, as for differences of leadership types by groups, the authoritarian type and the training/ordering type show a meaningful difference. As for differences of leadership types by players'career, those players with less than 2 years' experience show differences with respect to the authoritarian and training/ordering types. As for differences of leadership types by the number of competition participation, players with less than 5 years' experience show differences with respect to the authoritarian and training/ordering types, Second, as for the relationship between leadership types and players' satisfaction by groups, the middle school players show a meaningful difference with respect to the training/ordering and positive feedback types, and high school players with respect to training/ordering, democratic, and positive feedback types. However, university players show no statistically significant difference. Third, in the relationship between the leadership types and players' satisfaction, the training/ordering and democratic leadership types show interrelationship.
