고성과 작업시스템이 기업성과에 미치는 영향

Abstract

최근 농업경영 시장은 공공농업 분야의 농업 감소와 함께 민간 농산물 판로 축소 등 다양한 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 농업의 수익성 감소로 경영이 점차 악화되고 있다. 이런 점에서 농업경영의 전략적 경영이 매우 중요해지고 있다. 이처럼 불확실한 경영환경에서 농산물 유통업은 물적 자원보다는 인적자원을 통한 경쟁력 확보가 매우 중요하다. 따라서 경영혁신이 필요한 농산물 사업에서 고성과 작업시스템 전략을 개발하기 위해 이 제도가 국내 농업인 대상 농산물 사업에서 직원의 직무수행과 경쟁력 등에 미치는 영향을 분석했다. 또한 본 연구는 기존 연구를 바탕으로 시스템의 구성요소를 정의하고, 시스템에 영향을 미치는 소인 요인과 경영 성과에 미치는 영향 사이의 관계를 실험적으로 분석했다. 분석을 위해 본 연구는 설문지를 사용하여 현재 농업 기술자를 조사했다. 연구원은 2019년 8월 7일부터 10월 8일까지 자료를 수집하기 위해 이들을 인터뷰했다. 명확하지 않은 5개의 응답을 제외하고, 본 연구는 최종 분석에 295개의 응답 복사본을 사용했다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종업원 교육훈련은 직원들의 직무 수행과 농산물 유통업의 경쟁력에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 성과급은 직원들의 직무수행과 농산물 유통업의 경쟁력에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으므로 고성과 작업관리시스템의 중심 요소 중 하나라는 것을 보여주었다. 셋째, 본 연구는 위의 결과를 바탕으로 불확실한 경영환경에서의 농산물 유통업의 경쟁력은 실험적인 분석을 통해 물적 자원이 아닌 고성과 작업관리시스템에 있다고 결론 내렸다. |Recently, the agricultural management market has faced various difficulties, including a decrease in agriculture in the public agricultural sector as well as a reduction in the market for private agricultural products. Management is gradually deteriorating due to a decline in agricultural profitability. In this regard, strategic management of agricultural management is becoming very important. In such an uncertain business environment, securing competitiveness through human resources is more important than physical resources in the agricultural distribution industry. Therefore, in order to develop high-pitched and working system strategies in agricultural projects that require management innovation, we analyzed the impact of the system on the job performance and competitiveness of employees in agricultural projects for domestic farmers. The present study also defines the components of the system based on existing research, and experimentally analyzed the relationship between the factors of the small factors influencing the system and the effects on management performance. For analysis, this study used a questionnaire to investigate current agricultural engineers. The institute interviewed them to collect data from Aug. 7 to Oct. 8, 2019. With the exception of five unambiguous responses, this study used 295 copies of the responses in the final analysis. The results are as follows: First, employee education and training had a great impact on employees' job performance and competitiveness in the agricultural distribution industry. Second, it showed that performance-based bonuses were one of the central elements of the high-profile and work-management system as they had a positive influence on the job performance of employees and the competitiveness of the agricultural product distribution industry. Third, based on the above results, this study concluded that the competitiveness of the agricultural product distribution industry in uncertain business environment lies in the high quality and work management system, not physical resources, through experimental analysis.
