기업의 친환경지향 행동이 일터 영성의 매개를 통해 종업원의 조직시민 행동에 미치는 영향

Abstract

In recent years, the environmental issue in China has become increasingly serious. The most main causes of environmental pollution are exhaust emission, wastewater pollution and wasting of resources. Corporations should take the main responsibility of environmental issue. Therefore, the improvement of the pro-environmental behavior of employees is of great significance for solving the environmental problems. From the Corporate Pro-environmental Behavior, this study finds that the promotion of the efficiency of corporate internal management makes the employees be more willing to give feedback to the corporation. Based on the research, it is obvious that exploring and sorting out the value of Corporate Pro-environmental Behavior, and scientifically guiding employees to be environmental-friendly are of great significance to the improvement of environmental problems in China. This study selects the employees’ Corporate Pro-environmental Behavior as an independent variable, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior as a dependent variable to construct a model of the relationship between Corporate Pro-environmental Behavior Perception and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with the mediator variable of Workplace Spirit. Also, this paper investigates 245 employees of the subsidiary of China Geely Automobile Group by using questionnaire, and uses SPSS data analysis tool to verify the modal. Based on the research, the value of the employees’ Corporate Pro-environmental Behavior is clarified according to the representative role of the independent variable. The main results of this study are as followings: (1) Geely Group is one of the most important car-making groups in China, so the survey of the subsidiary of Geely Group is very representative; (2) There are significant differences between the gender, age, working time, education and position of the employees in different factors such as the Corporation Pro-environmental Oriented Behaviour, Workplace Spirit and Organizational Citizenship Behavior; (3) There is a positive correlation between Corporate Pro-environmental Orientated Behavior, Workplace Spirit and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Corporate Pro-environmental Orientated Behavior affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Workplace Spirit as a mediator variable.
