태권도 국제대회 참가 만족도가 운동지속참여 및 지도자 이미지에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the participating athletes participating in the Taekwondo Convention continuously participate in the exercise and to see if the satisfaction of the athletes participating in the Taekwondo International Convention affects the image of the leader. The method of this study was divided into sex, age, and exercise period by questionnaire of 317 subjects participating in Kim Woon Yong Cup International Taekwondo Competition. The factors of participation satisfaction were classified into 4 categories. Satisfaction level, facility satisfaction, operational satisfaction, and program satisfaction. Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS 23.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. It was confirmed that the athletes who participated in the Taekwondo convention affected the leader image. The subjects were those who had exercised for less than 5 years. There was no statistically significant difference between the differences in the other factors and the variables. |본 연구의 목적은 태권도 협약에 참가하는 선수들이 지속적으로 운동에 참여하는지 여부와 태권도 국제 대회에 참가하는 선수들의 만족도가 지도자의 이미지에 영향을 미치는지 알아 보는 것이다. 본 연구의 방법은 김윤용 국제 태권도 경기에 참여한 317 명의 대상자들에 대한 설문 조사를 통해 성별, 연령, 운동 기간으로 나누었다. 참여 만족도는 4 가지 범주로 분류되었다. 만족도, 시설 만족도, 운영 만족도 및 프로그램 만족도. 통계 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 수행되었습니다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 태권도 대회에 참가한 선수들이 리더 이미지에 영향을 준 것이 확인되었습니다. 피험자는 5 년 미만 동안 운동 한 사람들이었다. 다른 인자와 변수의 차이는 통계적으로 유의 한 차이가 없었다.
