고등학생 농구선수 중간관리자의 셀프리더십이 진로관련 변인에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the self-leadership of high school basketball players' allegiances is related to career barrier, career activity and career maturity. In this study, we surveyed 300 elite athletes participating in the game as basketball player.

The method of this study is as follows. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted through SPSS 23.0 program. Independent sample t-test and ANOVA were conducted to investigate the differences among factors. In order to find out the correlation between factors, correlation analysis was used and regression analysis was used. The significance level was set to .05.

The results of this study are as follows. There was no statistically significant difference in the self-leadership of high school basketball players' claims for gender, exercise duration, and grade. The self-leadership of high school basketball players was not statistically significant for career barriers, career activities, and career maturity.|본 연구의 목적은 고교 농구 선수들의 충성도가 직업 장벽, 직업 활동 및 직업 성숙도와 관련이 있는지를 조사하는 것이다. 이 연구에서 우리는 농구 선수로 게임에 참가한 300 명의 엘리트 선수들을 조사했다.

본 연구의 방법은 다음과 같다. 요인 분석 및 신뢰성 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 통해 수행되었습니다. 독립적 인 표본 t-test와 ANOVA를 수행하여 요인 간의 차이점을 조사했습니다. 요인 간의 상관 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관 분석을 사용하였고 회귀 분석을 사용 하였다. 유의 수준은 0.05로 설정되었습니다.

본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 고등학교 농구 선수들의 성별, 운동 기간 및 등급에 대한 자기 주도적 지도력에는 통계적으로 유의 한 차이가 없었다. 고교 농구 선수의 자영업은 경력 장벽, 경력 활동 및 경력 성숙도에 대해 통계적으로 유의하지 않았습니다.
