This paper is to confirm an necessity of introduction EU stress test for domestic continued operation nuclear plant, evaluate adequacy of safety improvement items and derive additional improvement items, as comparing the performing process, check criteria and inspection results about the domestic nuclear plant safety check and Eu stress test performed After the Fukushima nuclear accident. EU stress test was more systematic process and had detailed criteria, but the inspection results(of Cernavoda NPP) is not more powerful and appropriate for enhancement safety of NPP than domestic safety check. It is focusing in prevention of accident beyond design basis, but the national safety check includes the prevention and respond. therefore, the national safety check is thought as more spacious range and excellence. Nevertheless, the government performed again the EU stress test for the continued operation of domestic NPP, because the regulatory agencies did not give the technical confidence to the public and did not enjoy the confidence of people by applying the acceptability of public to national regulation. If this situation is persisted, the domestic nuclear power business is expected to be more difficult because of the people's distrust about nuclear safety and the regulation being strengthened in various field(safety, physical protection, cyber security. etc.). To prepare for the difficult situation that the domestic water can not be provided to plant due to the future severe drought or earthquake, Domestic NPPs need to be reviewed to dig a deep well within site and purchase a small mobile generator truck to supply electric power to water pump of the well
