ABSTRACT
The Effect of Adler’s Individual Psychology Group Art Therapy on the Inferiority, Self-efficacy, and Social Interests of Adolescents.

This study was conducted in order to investigate the effect of Adler’s Individual psychology group art therapy on the inferiority, self-efficacy, and social interests of adolescents. Research targets were composed of 26 students from G Technical high school in Y region. Among them, 13 were selected as an experimental group while others remained as a control group. Before verifying the effects of the experiment, an analysis was performed through a T-test on the preliminary inspection of inferiority, self-efficacy, and social interests to confirm that adolescents participating in experimental and control group possess the same nature, which showed that the natures of both groups were equal to each other. Under the study, individual psychology group art therapy was conducted 12 times (60 minutes per time, twice a week) from September 09, 2015 to November 04, 2015. The collected results on the scale experiment on inferiority, self-efficacy, and social interests of 13 adolescents in the experimental group who conducted Adler’s individual psychology art therapy and that of another 13 in the control group were examined through repeated measurement analyses with SPSS 19.0 statistical prediction program.
The analysis results from this study are as follows.
Firstly, the inferiority level of the experimental group which participated in Adler’s
individual psychology art therapy declined when compared with that of the control group.

Among the sub-factors, there was no significant difference in the passivity area. On the other hand, sensitivity and regression showed significant differences.
Secondly, the result of the experimental group which participated in Adler’s individual psychology art therapy showed a meaningful increase in the self-efficacy area. Among the sub-factors, self-regulation and preference of task difficulty showed significant differences while confidence did not.
Lastly, the experimental group which participated in Adler’s individual psychology art therapy showed a meaningful increase in social interest when compared with the control group.
Upon completion of the assignment, it has been found that Adler’s individual psychology art therapy program has positive effects on adolescents with a decrease in inferiority and an increase in self-efficacy as well as their social interest.

본 연구의 목적은 아들러 개인심리학적 집단미술치료가 청소년의 열등감, 자기효능감, 사회적 관심에 미치는 효과를 알아 보기위해 수행되었다. 본 연구를 위해 Y군에 소재한 G공업고등학교에서 아들러 개인심리학적 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구를 위하여 실험집단 13명과 대기집단13명으로 2015년 9월 9일부터 2015년 11월 4일까지 주2회, 1회 60분씩 총 12회기를 실시하였다. 실험효과 검증을 위해 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 열등감 증후 척도, 자기효능감 척도, 사회적 관심 척도를 반복측정 변량 분석하였다. 실험 효과 검증에 앞서 실험집단과 대기집단에 참여한 청소년이 동질한 집단인지 알아보기 위해 열등감 증후와 자기 효능감, 사회적 관심의 사전검사에 대해 t-test를 실시한 결과 동질한 집단으로 나타났다.
본 연구에서 밝혀진 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다
첫째, 아들러 개인심리학적 집단미술치료 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단이 대기집단보다 열등감 증후 수준에 감소를 보였다. 하위요인 중에 소극성에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 민감성과 후퇴성에서 유의한 결과를 나타내었다.
둘째, 아들러 개인심리학적 집단미술치료 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단이 대기집단보다 자기효능감 증가에 유의한 것으로 나타났으며 하위요인 중에 자신감은 유의하지 않고, 자기조절, 과제난이도 선호는 유의한 결과를 나타내었다.
셋째, 아들러 개인심리학적 집단미술치료 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단이 대기집단보다 사회적 관심 증가에 유의한 결과를 나타내었다.
결론으로 아들러 개인심리학적 집단미술치료 프로그램을 통해 청소년의 열등감 수준의 감소와 자기효능감 증가, 사회적 관심 증가에 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다.
