홍조류 분홍잎속의 계통 분류에 관한 연구

Abstract

The genus Acrosorium Kylin (1924) was established based on A. ciliolatum (=A. agalophylloides Zanardini ex Kützing). 16 Acrosorium species are listed from the worldwide. Acrosorium ciliolatum [=A. venulosum (Zanardimi) Kylin], A. flabellatum Yamada, A. polyneurum Okamura, and A. yendoi Yamada have currently been recognized in Korea. Over+50 samples of Acrosorium from Korea, South Africa and South America were investigated based on morphology and molecular analyses. Four major clades are recognized in our phylogenetic tree using rbcL sequence data: Acrosorium ciliolatum clade, A. polyneurum clade, A. yendoi clade, and A. sp. clade. As a result, we observed similarity and difference between each clades. Although only A. ciliolatum has been recognized by the hooked branches, we found different morphologies of hooked branches in A. polyneurum, A. yendoi, and A. sp. Acrosorium sp. is also distinguished from other similar species by having simple hooks or secondary hooked branches, long rhizoids, and long rounded projections. Phylogenetic analyses indicate that our A. sp. is placed in genus Acrosorium and is also distinguishable from other Acrosorium species.
