A Study on The Artistic Style of Language in
ZHU ZI QING's Proses

Traditionally, Chinese prose was regarded as mainstream of traditional literature with poetry. That is succeeded and developed with numerous achievements and ancient history from prose of all philosophers and scholars in the period of Seon jin , prose of the eight great writers of Tang and Sung, short prose (Sopum prose), 5· 4 Colloquial prose, prose in 1950· 60s and after 1980s to until now. Though prose has short length, so it seems like to has limitation of amounts, but it can be the genre that express the inner world of the writer best without distortion with sincere languages and nonfictional structure within its short amount.
Prose of China covers all matters of that period including history and philosophy with prose of, Zheng Luwen and Dialectic Passages as well as tendency of pure literary elegant prose, and these traditions keep its basic frame in the form of short prose and essay in the modern prose, too. In other words, modern prose of China expresses and speaks psychological world and emotions of writers which was not passed media than any other genres, and it ranges various problems for society and life at that time comprehensively. Here, another fact to pay attention is that literature is facing serious challenge in the haughty waves of the market economy in recent days, but prose is getting loved day by day in spited of enormous impact of social changes at that time to literature.
Zhu Zi Qing (朱自淸) told earlier that as for the development of modern literature of China, though it has short period of 30 years, but it reached to the period of prose from the period of poetry. In Korea, it is increasing that the tendency that the popularity of essay recently, and in the mood that also the concern for the overseas essay is increasing, so it is the current situation that the introduction of works of modern prose of China and special researches are making development actively. Zhu Zi Qing, the writer who was famous in the modern literary world of China is the great writer who was well-known in Korea for his major work 《Appearance from Behind (Beiying (背影)》.
Therefore, in this thesis, it would be attempted to overall analysis for the linguistic artistic value for the subject of prose of Zhu Zi Qing, who is the one of the best prose writers of modern literature of China. Prose of Zhu Zi Qing got evaluation that it is the connotative implicative and excellent artistic works of thoughts. Especially, as for language, it is simple and unaffected and he achieved high artistic achievement of fusion of politics and ecnomics (정경, scenery) by having a command of modern colloquial language.
