ERP 소프트웨어를 활용한 회계교육의 발전방향에 관한 연구

Abstract

회계업무 처리는 ERP(enterprise resource planning)시스템을 통한 매우 정확하고 표준화된 프로세스를 지향하고 있으며, 기업에서도 회계에 대한 상당한 전문지식을 갖춘 인재를 필요로 하고 있다. 즉 회계기준에 대한 상당한 전문 회계지식을 필요로 하는 수준까지 성장하게 된 것이다. 현재 ERP회계 교육은 대학교, 고등학교, 학원 및 직업전문학교에서 이루어지고 있다. 대학교에서는 ERP회계 교육을 실시하여 성적반영 및 자격취득까지 연계하였고, 고등학교에서는 ERP 교과목을 도입하여 특성화 교육을 내세워 진학 및 취업에 적극 활용 하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 관련 선행연구 논문들과 문헌, 각종 연구보고서를 활용하여 연구를 수행하였으며 향후 더 나은 회계교육을 실시하기 위해 광주광역시의 A 종합대학의 2010년 2학기 ERP회계 과목 수강생들을 표본으로 설문지 조사를 통한 실증분석을 수행하여 ERP 소프트웨어를 활용한 회계교육이 회계 교과목의 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 연구하였다. 본 논문의 구성은 다음과 같다. 제1장 서론에서는 연구의 배경과 연구목적, 연구방법 및 구성을 서술하였고, 제2장에서는 ERP 시스템 도입현황과 ERP회계 교육현황에 대하여 살펴보았다. 그리고 제3장에서는 본 연구와 관련되어 있는 선행연구와 가설설정을 서술하였으며, 제4장에서는 설문조사를 통하여 ERP 소프트웨어를 활용한 회계교육이 회계 교과목의 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고 의미를 해석하고 ERP 소프트웨어를 활용한 회계교육 발전방향을 제시하였으며, 마지막 제5장에서는 본 논문의 결론과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. ERP회계 자격취득이 ERP회계 교과목 성적에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타남으로서 가설이 채택되었다. 그리고 학원강의 및 특강, 온라인 강의 수강여부가 ERP회계 교과목 성적에 미치는 영향을 분석결과 역시, 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타남으로서 가설이 채택되었다. 즉 ERP회계 자격취득 여부, 성별차이, 전공차이, 학년차이, 수강여부, 출신고교차이, 회계업무 경험 변수 중 ERP회계 교과목 성적과 상당한 상관관계를 보이고 있는 변수는 ERP회계 자격취득 여부로 해석할 수 있으며, ERP회계 자격취득이 ERP회계 교과목 성적에 중요한 영향변수로 작용한다고 판단된다.|Accounting processing aims at correct and standardized process. Company need talented person having expertise, that is to say accounting grew up professional knowledge needed level about accounting standards. Now ERP-accounting education is being in university, high school, private educational institute and vocational college. In university, ERP-accounting education is linked to grade and ERP license requirement. In this situation, this study is made use of related precedent researches, literature and various reports. And this study did a survey to students taking the ERP-accounting subject for a better education. Also a accounting education using the ERP software empirically studied. Compositions of this study are following. The first chapter described backgrounds of study, objects of study and methods of study. The second chapter described situations on the ERP system introduction and on the ERP-accounting education. So, the third chapter described precedent studies and hypothesis set-up. The fourth chapter empirically analysed the effect of accounting education using ERP software on grade of accounting subject using questionnaires. Finally, the fifth chapter suggested conclusion of the study, limitation of the study and future direction of the study. The results of this study are following. Having ERP-accounting license have significantly affected on the grade of ERP-accounting subject. And the experience of taking classes at private educational institutes also have significantly affected on the grade of ERP-accounting subject. In a conclusion, the results of regression analysis showed that having ERP-accounting license other than gender, major difference, difference of school year, additional lecture, difference of high school, and experience of accounting practice was the most influential variable over the grade of ERP-accounting subject.
