더덕이 유방암 세포주(MDA-MB-231)에 미치는 영향

Abstract

더덕 추출 용매에 따른 유방암 세포주 MDA-MB-231세포에 대한 세포생존율은 열수 추출물은 효과가 없었으며 메탄올 추출물이 세포생존율 억제 효과가 높았다. 더덕의 메탄올 추출물의 유방암세포주에 대한 효과는 900㎍/㎖농도에서 24시간후에 80%효과가, 48시간에 95% 세포생존율 억제 효과가 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

유방암세포주의 iNOS 단백질 발현에 의한 더덕의 메탄올 추출물은 항증식 효과가 600㎍/㎖ 농도에서 99% 나타났다. 유방암세포주의 iNOS 단백질 발현에 의한 열수 추출물의 항증식 효과가 900㎍/㎖에서 70% 나타났다.

이상의 결과로부터 더덕의 메탄올 추물물은 유방암 세포주인 MDA-MB-231에 대한 항증식효과가 있어 유방암에 대한 화학예방(Chemoprevention)으로서의 이용될 가치가 있는 것으로 사료 된다.|Methanol extracts of Codonopsis lanceolata significantly reduced cell survial rate the MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cell lines but hot-water extracts is no effected. Methanol extracts of Codonopsis lanceolata reduced the MD-AMB-231 human breast cancer cell lines depending concentration and time. especially it reduced significantly at 900㎍ /㎖ that 24hrs to 80% and 48hrs to 95%. Methanol extracts of Codonopsis lanceolata 99% suppression of iNOS expression at 600㎍/㎖ concentration. Hot-water extracts of Codonopsis lanceolata 70% suppression of iNOS expression at 900㎍/㎖ concentration.

Methanol extracts of Codonopsis lanceolata has strongly implied that it's anti-proliferative effect. Demends additional reserch about in-vivo and human study.
