- The synthesis, spectroscopy, and fluorescence quenching behavior of thiophene pentiptycene-derived phenyleneethynylene polymer. The incorporation of rigid three-dimensional pentiptycene moieties into conjugated polymer backbones offers several design advantages for solid-state (thin film) fluorescent sensory materials.
