- Abstract
- The system of corporate is a fundamental part of the and institutional authority balance mechanism it is the assurance of keeping the stable development and financial position of corporations. However, in the real business world, due to the factors such as beliefs, mechanism, the function of corporate is relatively weak and sometimes ed in China. The relative law and regulations on corporate in China are too principle and brief, while the regulations on supervision board in Korea could be a useful reference to China. This thesis will analyze the and effectiveness of the mechanism of supervision board between China and Korea, and then find the solution to improve the mechanism of supervision board in China base on the practical situation of Chinese corporations. Such solution can provide systematic guarantees for the corporation modification and the construction of modern corporation system in China and strengthen the mutual cooperation between China and Korea.
