부분 무치악 환자에서 표면처리한 OsstemⓇ SS II 임프란트의 생존율에 대한 전향적 연구

Abstract

연구목적:본 연구의 목적은 두 가지 다른 임플란트 표면(resorbable blasting media (RBM) 처리된 임플란트와 calcium metaphosphate (CMP) 처리를 한 임플란트 의 임상적 생존률에 대한 평가를 하는 데 있다. 실험방법:SSII implants (Ossetem, Seoul, Korea)를 평균 38.8세의 48명의 환자에게 식립했다. 실험군인 31명의 환자에게는 CMP-coated implant를 식립했고, 대조 군인 17명의 환자에게는 RBM surface implant를 식립했다. 평가 기간은 2006년 4월 1일 부터 2007년 12월 31일 까지였다. 평가는 치근단 방사선 사진, periotest, 임상적 치주 평가, 보철물 적용과 교합을 평가하여 두 집단간의 임상적 생존률을 평가하였다. 결과:임상적 생존률은 각각 실험군에서 97.2%였고 대조군에서 100%였다. Wald test의 신뢰구간에서 보고된 바에 의하면 실험군은 대조군에 비해서 적지 않았다. 결론:RBM군과 CMP군에서 유의한 차이는 없었다. 실험된 자료는 CMP 코팅된 방법이 치과용 임플란트의 기능과 치유에 훌륭한 임상 결과를 제공할 수 있다는 것을 보여주었다.|Purpose:The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical survival rate of two different surfaced implants: resorbable blasting media (RBM) treated implant and calcium metaphosphate (CMP)-coated implant. Materials and methods: SS II non-submerged implants (Osstem, Seoul, Korea) were placed in forty-eight patients with a mean age of 38.8. 31 patients in the experimental group received a CMP-coated implant and the 1 patients in the control group received a RBM surface implant. The evaluation period was from April 1st, 2006 to December 31th, 2007. The methods used to evaluate clinical survival rate between the groups include the periapical standard view, periotest, clinical periodontal examination, and prosthetic adjustment and occlusion. Results: A survival rate of experimental and control groups after 1 year was 97.2% and 100%, respectively. The Wald confidence interval reported for the experimental group was not inferior to the control group. Conclusion: No significant differences were found between the RBM and CMP groups. The observed data suggested that CMP-coated methods can provide favorable clinical results for functioning and healing of dental implants.
