고수 추출물의 항균 항염 효과

Abstract

고수추출물이 피부상재균 중 피부에 염증을 유발할 수 있는 Stapylococcus aureus 와 병원성은 낮지만 친지방성 이상성 진균으로 정상피부의 모낭주위에서 발견되는 Malassezia furfur, 여드름 유발에 관여하는 Propionibacterium acnes, Stapylococcus epidermis에 항균, 항염, 항알레르기 효과에 영향을 주는지에 대하여 실험한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1.고수추출물이 저농도에서는 항균 항염등 균에 대한 저해특성을 인지할 수 없었으나 10%첨가시 유의할만한 성장저해특성과 항균성을 관찰할 수 있었으며 Malassezia furfur 에 대하여는 항균성은 인지하지 못하였다. 고농도에서도 확인되지 않은 것으로 보아 이 균체에 대한 항균성이 없는 것으로 보이며 다른 균들에게는 비교적 비슷한 항균성과 생장억제기능을 가지고 있었다. 2. MTT정량에 의한 세포생존률 실험에서 고수 추출물이 마우스 상피세포주(mouse epidermal cell)인 JB6 cell line에 500ppm농도 이상에서 세포독성이 유발됨을 알 수 있었다. 3. Nitric oxide(NO)생성 억제력을 알아보기 위해 Griess법을 이용해 RAW264.7 세포에 대한 고수 추출물의 NO생성억제력을 측정한 결과 25㎍/㎖부터 미량이지만 NO생성을 억제하고 있음을 보여주었다.|The Coriandrum sativum L. Herb Extract which exhibit several bene ficial effects including acne(pimple) and skin diseases was tested for antimicrobial activity and antiinflammation effects. The Coriander Herb Extract showed antimicrobial activity against Stapylococcus epidermis, Propionibacterium acnes. and Stapy lococcus epidermis, The growth of Stapylococcus epidermis, Propionibacterium acnes. and Stapylococcus epidermis was inhibited completely by addition of 10% of the extract. Based on these results, it is concluded that the Coriander Herb Extract can be applied to the acne and skin diseases therpy.
