표피종양에서 cathepsin 계열의 면역조직화학적 발현양상

Abstract

cathepsin B와 D는 종양의 침윤에, cathepsin G는 악성세포로의 진행에 관련이 있는 것으로 여겨지며, cathepsin S는 종양세포의 분화도와 관련이 있는 것으로 생각된다. cathepsin E와 L은 표피종양의 진행과 관련이 없는 것 같다. 그러나 cathepsin E가 cathepsin L에 비해서는 높은 발현율을 보이고 있었다. 그러므로 이들 cathepsin 계열에 대한 연구를 이용하면 편평세포의 악성종양으로의 변환 여부나 침윤성 증식 유무를 감별하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 여겨진다.|cathepsin B and D are correlated with tumor invasion of skin tumor. Cathepsin G showed significant change in transformation of malignant tumor cells from benign squamous epithelium. Cathepsin E, L and S showed no correlation with tumor progression or invasion. Cathespin S may be correlate with degree of squamous differentiation.
