원발성 대장결장암의 간전이를 보이는 환자에서의 치료 성적

- Abstract
- (Purpose) There are various therapeutic modalities in metastatic liver carcinoma due to colorectal cancer. This study was intended to analyze the clinical outcome of operated and non-operated group of patients.
(Method) Among 102 patients with metastatic liver carcinoma due to colorectal cancer who were treated at Chosun University Hospital from January 2003 to December 2007, 19 patients underwent a hepatic resection, and 54 patients received conservative treatments. We reviewed the medical records of these patients and compared the clinical outcomes.
(Result) 3-year survival rate of hepatic resection group was 84. 2% and mean lifetime was 30.4 months. In conservative group, the results was 14.9% and 13.2 months. It was statistically significant.
(Conclusion) Among the therapeutic modality of metastatic liver carcinoma due to colorectal cancer, radical hepatic resection was treatment of choice.
