인체의 극성 패턴과 사상체질 처방간의 비교 연구

Abstract

We are in the new wave of alternative medicine based on the peculiarity of oriental medicine which is totally different from western medicine and is a complement to it. The cry for constitutional medicine as individual-ordered medicine is becoming higher with rising need for unique identity of Korean traditional medicine. Although there have been lots of studies and experimental tries to categorize the physical constitution of humanbeing, we have no absolute standard yet. This thesis is about the unique energic pattern of polarity in humanbeing. We understand this as three dimensional space composed of 3 axes, electricity, magnetism and spin and also apply this to 4 categories of constitutional medicine by Lee Je ma. This work will speed up the movement for searching objectively standardized category of physical constitution. Furthermore, this work can be a good chance to glance at the hypothesis that intrinsically physical constitution is not the result of physical structure or quantity but the very energic pattern which eventually decides the physical structure. The original categorization of physical constitution by Lee Je ma has many limits and defects due to the restriction of the times. This was a try to understand the essence of phenomenon only through observing it, so this can cause individually subjective judgement. This thesis is based on neither diagnoses by O.M.doctors nor standardized questionnaire, instead, we made the best use of persicriptions fixed by Lee Je ma as a comparison-index. All the perscriptions of Lee's are encoded on the MRT-premium, a kind of MRA and are based on "Dong Yi Shou Shi Bao Yuan"(Lee's notable work). After investigating relation between the energic pattern of polarity and the perscriptions of constitutional medicine through before and after-analysis of single group, we got the result that +NR group and +NL group are for Tai yang people, +SR group and +SL group are for Shao yang people, -NR group and -NL group are for Tai yin people, -SR group and -SL group are for Shao yin people, strengthening immune system and anti-oxidation ability and supressing vulnerability to stress. According to this result, we can conclude that +NR and +NL are for Tai yang people, -NR and -NL are for Tai yin people, +SR and +SL are for Shao yang people, -SR ann -SL are for Shao yin people. However, we also assure that this energic pattern of polarity in humanbeing makes sense only when the testee doesn't have problems in his energic field. When the testee's energic field is obstructed, we should diagnose his physical constitution after arranging it.
