Abstract
According to the observer effect in quantum mechanics, the electron is shown either as particle or as wave depending on observer's intent. The particle, which is mutually separated, is connected to one each other by non-locality in quantum state exceeding time and space. The vacuum in the universe is not empty, and is filled with numerous elementary particles, which appear and disappear within the zero point field. The human bioenergy field, which is surrounded by the multidimensional energy field beyond the physical body, has an effect on health and well-being of the physical body. A human being is connected with the zero point field through the bioenergy field, and the consciousness in each is being well reflected literally by the bioenergy field.
This study was attempted for the purpose of promoting life energy by proportionally activating the bioenergy field, with expecting that the conscious observation will have an effect as a method of revitalizing the bioenergy field. This study aims to verify whether the conscious observation is effective as an internal factor that activates the bioenergy field. Whether the bioenergy field is activated through the conscious observation was measured by using O-Ring test. And it was experimented whether the degree of activation in the bioenergy field is getting increased when repeatedly executing the conscious observation.
The experiment targeted 77 female students who are in university, and was progressed from Sept. 4 to Sept. 22 in 2007. Aiming to measure the degree of activation in the bioenergy field 0.6~5cm up on the surface of the human body, the experimental group measured the degree of activation in the bioenergy field by measuring from No.2 chakra to No.7 chakra, which are the center of energy and by adding up scores. It measured while observing how much No. 2~7 chakras were revitalized by concentrating consciousness with closing the eyes, and repeated up 4 times while taking a rest for 10 minutes. The control group progressed just O-Ring test by repeating up 4 times equally with the experimental group without any treatment.
The collected data was used by SPSS 12.0, and was calculated average, standard deviation and percentage for general characteristics and disease characteristics in the research subjects. The similarity verification on each variable in the experimental group and the control group was analyzed with t-test and χ2-test. The verification on the effects of conscious observation on the bioenergy field was analyzed with the repeated measure ANOVA.
The following are the results that experimented the effects of conscious observation on the bioenergy field. First, the degree of activation in the bioenergy field for the experimental group, which executed the conscious observation, was indicated to be higher, but there was no statistically significant difference. Second, given having repeated conscious observation, the degree of activation in the bioenergy field increased considerably. As a result of this experiment, repeating the conscious observation leads to being conducive to activation of the bioenergy field. And the repeated observation in twice was more important than repeatedly observing several times.
