수영 선수와 일반인의 견관절 내회전-외회전근의 등속성 근기능 특성 분석

Abstract
This study compared the difference of isokinetic muscular strength between two groups; one comprised of 5 healthy males and 5 healthy females between the age of ten to early twenties, and the other comprised of 10 professional swimmers, 5 males and 5 females, who have been swimming for more than 5 years. The purpose of this study was to provide basic materials to help swimmers or trainers on safety precautions and safe training. We have reached the following conclusion.


1. peak torque and peak torque % body weight
1)Between the peak torque of the male swimmer group and male general group, there showed significant difference in left internal rotation muscle at 60〬/sec, and right internal rotation muscle at 120〬/sec. At 60?/sec, there was significant difference only at the left side of internal rotation muscular strength in peak torque by body weight. At 120〫/sec, there was significant difference only at the right side of internal rotation muscular strength in peak torque % body weight.(p<.05)
2)Between the female swimmer group and female general group, there showed no significant difference in peak torque and peak torque % body weight.


2. Total Works
1) Between the male swimmer group and male general group, there showed significant difference in total works, in both the left/right internal rotation muscle and external rotation muscle at 60〫/sec. (p<.05) At 120〫/sec, there showed significant difference only in the left/right internal rotation muscle. (p<.05)
2) Between the female swimmer group and female general group, there showed significant difference in total works, only in the left internal rotation muscle at 60〫/sec. At 120〫/sec, there showed significant difference only in the left/right internal rotation muscle.(p<.05)


3. reciprocal ratio
1) There showed no significant difference between the male swimmer group and male general group in reciprocal ratio.
2) There showed no significant difference between the female swimmer group and female general group in reciprocal ratio.


4. Deficit Ration
1) There showed no significant difference between the male swimmer group and male general group in deficit ratio.
2) There showed no significant difference between the female swimmer group and female general group in deficit ration.

Synthetically, there was greater difference between swimmers and general people in internal rotation muscle than external rotation muscle, and showed difference in total works which was not expected.
